Payment Options

Casteel Chiropractic of Tyrone proudly accepts a variety of insurances, including (but not limited to): Aetna, Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Medicare & Medicaid, UPMC, Personal Injury Claims and Worker Compensation. *Please note that we are not accepting Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield Medicare plans at this time.

In addition to these options, we also have several health plans available for individuals who do not have chiropractic health insurance, ensuring that your care remains affordable and accessible. We gladly accept payments made by cash, check, and credit cards.

Our Cash Prices are as follows: $100 for a comprehensive consultation, exam, and x-rays; $38 for a single adjustment; $165 for a package of five adjustments; and $280 for a package of ten adjustments. Please note that there is a 3.75% processing fee for credit or debit card transactions.
